The first official Moonshiner Gin is born
It was a relatively easy birth accompanied by music and laughter and it smells delicious. We decided on distilling a batch of our Simmons Street Australian Native Gin first and it's now in the safe hands of Henry.
With a clean herbaceous nose, this gin serves as the base for our delectable King Street Barrel Aged Negroni as well as our upcoming Alice Street Pomegranate Gin, but you’ll have to wait for a couple of months for those to hit their optimum flavour potential.
