Our Ferndale street Maple barrel rested gin is created with our signature Margaret street gin, left to soak in ex maple barrels for up to a year. The result is a deeply sweet, citrus forward gin with subtle notes of oak that sits beautifully on ice or with tonic or in an old fashioned.
