Like the Signature, the Juniper leads this Gin but this one has concentrated heavily on savoury, spiced flavours. Aniseed Myrtle, rather than the more tradition Australian Lemon Myrtle, is the prominent driver here. Citrus is also present, but again, the savoury notes balance them out.
